Shipping Policy

All Zuwera orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping — 5 to 7 business days
  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $100
  • Orders under $100 — flat rate of $6.99

Zuwera currently ships to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are accepted for standard shipping.

International Shipping

International shipping is not yet available but is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand to your country.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive within the estimated window, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.

Zuwera is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Return Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your Zuwera purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a return.

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  • We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days
  • Pack your item securely and drop it off at any USPS location
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked Final Sale at time of purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We currently process exchanges as a return and repurchase. Start a return for the original item and place a new order for the size or style you need. This ensures you get the item before stock runs out.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Limitation of Liability

Zuwera is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.

We can make changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment. Email [email protected] as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to follow your package in real time. Allow up to 24 hours after receiving the email for tracking to activate.
We are sorry to hear that — please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately, no return required.
