We want you to love what you wear. If you're not satisfied with your Zuwera purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Submit your request using the form above. We'll review it within 1–2 business days and email you a prepaid return shipping label. Pack your item securely and drop it off at any USPS location. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return and are issued to your original payment method.
Select "Exchange" when submitting your return. Once we receive your item, we'll process your exchange and ship the new item. You can also place a new order immediately to secure your preferred size or style.
